Someone from this number left a message on our voice mail. It was John (mumbled through the last name) from Frances Jordan's office saying he had a series of documents on his desk with "a name and social security number," and that there were some discrepancies on them, and would we please call him back to clarify. He did not leave a name of who he was calling for, and my husband and I have no idea who Frances Jordan is or what the documents could be. We will NOT be returning the call.

Someone from this number left a message on my answering machine, It said his name was John Harbor or Harper, kind of mumbled through the last name. that he was from Frances Jordan's Office saying he had a series of documents on his desk with "name and social security number" and that there were some discrepancies on them. i picked up my phone trying to talk to him but it was like he couldn't hear me because he just went on leaving a message on my machine.We have no idea who this person is or have anything to do with Frances Jordan. I called the number and a machine answered n said the office was close and it was a Revenue reporting services.

This place is an absolute joke, they own all garbage debt that they have no business collecting on.  They also try to scare people into paying payday loans by saying they will take you to court...hahahaha. They never haqve, nor will they ever take you to court...DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY. They are a scam! And Jason Rushlow is the biggest of them all...hope this helps everybody avoid the scam they try to run.

Just got a scam call from these people saying that they have an emergency message about my credit account and that they needed to talk to me immediately. Oh no! I hope everything is okay... Whatever shall I do......

These people at revenuereportingservices have no soul and are complete and total scam artists out to steal.....

Don't give them the chance!  Ignore them.

They called me with an automated message claiming there was 'fraudulent activity' on the social security number associated with this...  and to call them back by the end of the day to give a statement.  Then I googled.  This is hogwash.

Looks like these scum bags are starting up again.  Do not give these companies any information, they use scare tactics to get people to send them money that they do not owe.

I told the idiot on the other end if this was a personal business call, he needs to call the employee at home.  Guess what....he hung up on me.    Oh my feelings are hurt.

I wish there was a law to prevent these scumbags from preying on people.

USE CAUTION and Do Not give them any of your personal information.  Always ask for written confirmation on any debt that a company says you owe on.  If it's truly a debt you owe on, then pay the bill.  If not or you have previously paid the debt off, then fight it.    

Dave Ramsey teaches people how to get out of debt without having to go through these low-life payday loan companies.  Use your brain and the snowball effect and get debt free, so you won't ever have to deal with these idiots again.

They had trying this again after about 8 months the first time i almost took the scam. I just ignore the messages and delete it from my phone.  they won't give you any information on what they have. my advise is to just hang up.

We are currently using an automated dialer to make people aware of the pending matters in our office. All the numbers the computer calls are listed directly to an individual with whom we are attempting to contact. The only reason a number is contacted is it is directly related to a case in our office. Please contact us back even if you feel it does not have to do with you. It could be someone listed the number in error. We will gladly take the number out of the case and you will never hear from our office again. I talked to a guy named Gerald Stone. He called my in-laws gave out my personal information and spoke to them about the debt. i told him he was in direct violation of the fair debt collection practices act. He then said he did not have to adhear to that because he is in the fraud division. Then i was told i was uneducated becasue i didnt understand how this person who is clearly just a telemarketer/collector could not be held by a federal law. Then i was hung up on. well i filed 2 complaints with the FTC and i have a counselor thats helping me move this along. You lied to the wrong person today!

These jokers call relatives and any number they can find and threaten. They give out all sorts of personal information. Notify the FTC and complain. It's the only way to stop them. A few law suits just might do it. It's against the law to give out any personal information to a third party.

They are such a joke. If you look up the web site, they say they will hire a Private Investigator...Get real, they are not going to pay for that when they bought the debt for next to nothing. They would be out all the money. They also call and say"this is investigator ------- " They try to scare you . Complain to the FTC

This is a scam, absolutely.  They called with info about 10 years old.  Do I even send a dispute letter to them?  What's the best response to them?
