Got a call this week (1/6/2014) on my answering machine.  There was lots of background noise (like a call center).  He said he was with XX High School - which IS our  local high school AND he mentioned the Athletic Director's name - said there was a Huge Project with the school that he'd like to talk to me about.  Didn't call back.

I work for UW Health Marketing in Madison, wi.  I get WEEKLY calls from American Sports Design about representing so and so high school, and then ask if we can sponsor them for an ad.

Every time I tell the caller to please put me on the do not call list, and they say that my number will still be called by various other departments.

I received a message from this number and it went to my voice mail.  Lots of background noise and the female sounded like she was chewing gum loudly.  She stated she was calling for a Sahuarita High School project. I left a message at the school so they are aware that someone is attempting to solicit money using their name.

Got a call from Jennifer, says they are doing a huge project for the high school my son graduated from almost 8 years ago! She said to press option 1, ext 3436. I don't appreciate getting calls while I am working. I will also call back like another poster stated and have a little fun :)
They should state what the project is and what they want to talk to you about, how annoying!

Got a voicemail on my work ext from a nameless woman claiming she works with some high school that doesn't exist here in TX. Lots of noise in the background. Definite SCAM.

Told me to call her back at ext 3502.

They are still at it. Had a message on my vmail here at work today. Kevin this time, really unprofessional as he was finishing his line of garble.... he cussed into the phone! Ha, must have stubbed his finger hanging up? Jokes on him, we are a wholesaler and don't advertise period. It's even in our name. Not a very bright group.  

Received a call from Amie from Lakes High School.  She's working on this huuuuge project and she wants me to call her back. I didn't.

Stated they were doing a project for pembroke academy high school. SCAM

Called about sponsoring a high school football poster, gave all the return info as well, 888-357-9111 opt 1 and ext 4356.  wondering what high school has multiple options for their phone tree and then an extension after the fact... i used to work in a call center, that was a hollow tube mic boom she was wearing.  Boiler room situation.

Just got this call claiming to be working on a "big project" for our local high school. At first I thought it might be a business call but I couldn't understand the company name, so looked it up online only to discover it is a scam.

I purchased an add from this company it is not a scam the posters are beautiful!!  Its great advertising and very reasonable prices. You people should know what your talking about before you go online and slander a company's name.

Think I know where my opinion is leaning to.

I got a message from a woman saying she was with All American Sports and was working on a project for Calais High School. That is the name of a local school. There was a lot of background noise.

They left a message wanting us to support the local high school sports poster for winter sports.  The speaker was unprofessional, but I attributed that to youth.  There was a lot of background noise, as others mentioned.  They cited the right name of the Athletic Director and had an appropriate plan.  They directed us to a nice website (wehelpschools.com).  I was on board for $289 until I heard that these sorts of scams made the news last year.  I called the school directly and they confirmed that they had NOT initiated this.  There were a few oddities like they wanted to send proofs via fax....

Got a call from 208-472-0214 per my digital display, message left asking to call 888-357-9911 and ask for option one, extention 4282. Gal name something like Anetta King [it's MLK day today, I wonder if that's a coincidence.] Working on a project she said.

Our business just receive a call from "Elizabeth", etx. 3906, from # 888-357-9911. There are numerous attempts throughout the year to scam us, this seemed like just another scam.

I got a message from this number saying they were from Hampton City High School and they were calling to schedule a visit based on our B2B partnership.

called on 8/23/2018 wanting to speak to the "owner" said it was for All American signs for La Habra High School in La Habra, CA for "Frank" the Athletic Director.  888-357-9911 option #1 and EXT 4295 SCAM!!!!!!

Received a call from "All American Sports" said they wanted a quote stating why athletics are important in the local public school and they were told to contact me.  On background, I attended private school and I also have a very shall we say, openly hostile relationship with the Super of the district. lol! SCAM!!!
