i just got that call to i answered said hello 3 times and the guy on the phone said my first name , i said yes , then he said ok have a good day .... WTF  .... Whats up with that ????

If this is Videotron, why don't they just leave a message saying it is them...very strange way to treat their clientele!

Videotron.  They called 5 times instead of just leaving a message to confirm a house call.

They called (and didn't talk) my cell phone instead of my home phone, which is with them.

It was an automated message from Videotron to remind/confirm me of my upcoming moving date/time.

After many complains about the poor quality of the reception i had at home, 25 channels were impossible to watch; image freezing all the time and out of synchro with the sound. The sound impossible to listen and understand, they ignore me and now 1 week later they call for what??? I know 100% it wasn't to give me a credit. So they can go F*** themself and as soon as my Digital Recorder will break I am going to get rid of those [***].

I typically do not answer to 1-800 and 1-888 phone calls because this is always marketing. Videotron calls us using a robot that keeps calling, 3 times a day. Very annoying.

I already called another Videotron telemarketing number who was calling ALL the time, SEVERAL times a day, and asked them to remove my name from their list.  The number was 1-866-706-5601.  Someone actually answered and asked me security questions and assured me that I won't receive any more calls.  Then I notice a call from 888-433-6876 and when I call back, also Videotron telemarketing. WTF??  I am not bothering with them since I already had my name removed.  Hope that it applies to this number too.  I have better things to do than deal with these telemarketers!

It's not them calling. Someone is spoofing their number. They will ask for your account's security questions leading you to think that they want to confirm your identity when in fact, they will use those credentials to rob your SIM card and access two factor authentification. Beware !!!
