These scammers left a message saying I have a debt and they will seize my assets unless I settled the debt, the amt of which wasn't mentioned. When I called this number, a recording said "you are calling a number that is likely a scam, Hang up now"  WTF !

This number left some improper grammar and wording vm regarding seizing assets.

Called from a number that said “unknown” and left a quick message stating “we’re reaching out to ‘my name’ this is a final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the status of filing the claim against you out of ‘name of my parish’ to avoid the order against your assets please contact our office immediately at 888-440-2160 that number again is 888-440-2160 thank you.

This is the second call in two weeks from (888) 440-2160.   Basically, telling me the same thing you are all saying.   Doesn't say what it's concerning.  Who I apparently owe money to.  I'm not going to return the call.  If, it is legal.  Than they know the proper way of getting in touch with me.  That would be by mail.  By a legal agency.

This number called my husbands phone looking for me. I called and pressed 1. Hazel proceeded to tell me that she is with “mumble” law firm. Calling regarding a debt with HSBC from 2007. I told her I know for 100% that I didn’t have a cc at that time. Hazel then started screaming at me saying good luck in court. Said they were filing a judgment in my county.

I keep getting calls saying i need to call regarding a dispute with the county i live in… always from different numbers. I never return the call because i know that there is no dispute. The number is 888 440 2160

This is probably a version of one of the Process Server scams. Ignore the call, don't call back. Block the number.
