I got 2 calls from this number today, one at about 10am and last one @4:48.   I searched for the number and it took me to an H&R website.  Selling different Tax services.

When I did a survey, I gave my contact number - of course! And minutes later, someone called. She was calling me. I asked why and she said,"I'm (i forget the name) from (then she said a company that's like a college thing)". Whoever you are Dont ever Freaking call me again!

I blame CareerBuilder.com. I got a call from this number while submitting a job application using CareerBuilder's "Apply Now" feature (which does NOT take you to an encrypted page, by the way), and the exact same thing happened a couple of months ago when I applied for another job thru the same site. What ticks me off is that it wasn't like I entered my phone # in a telephone number form field--I typed it in the BODY of the cover letter. So apparently when you think that only YOU and the recipient can see what you're sending, some unknown third party company or companies are possibly seeing it, too. The last time it happened, the idiots (and often the same rep) kept calling me over and over about college education despite my requests to remove my number from their list. It wasn't until I went ballistic and outright called her a f****n b**ch that I guess she decided she wasn't getting paid enough to be cussed out and finally removed my number.

Called within 2 hours after filling ouut a free sample of a product. Left no message, probably spam.

I got called by this number, but didn't get to answer it. Saw a comment that it was a telemarketer. I am on the "do not call list."

I have advised the AG in Texas of this -  he is a neighbor and a very good one at that!!!  He said he wouild look into this.   OK scammers -  you have been notified .

I got on line to get a $500 card from Costco and started getting calls from "no name" callers - I don't answer them - hope they get the hint and stop.

They're still at it. Calls from (888) 455-0163, and (877) 729-0716. I'm fairly certain I'm on the do not call list... I've been called five times since 9am (4 hours) by these people.

I also just finished filling out online applications and recieved a call from this number. Just answer and when they ask to speak with, well who ever you are just tell them they have the wrong number!!! The calls will stop from that point on. I hate these kind of people, a person is looking for work obviously not where they want to be in life, and scammers come and try to take advantage... Losers
