They have been calling me over and over, telling mwe they are with teleperformance WITH ROYAL BANK?!! I told them to never call again and if RBC does have something for me they know not to contact me via my phones. I put a complaint to CRTC and I will put one with Royal bank.

Insurance - sollicitation indesirable

Teleperformance calling regarding an RBC offer.
RBC said it is not from them that it might be a scam.

I called back Teleperformance to have the phone number removed. No room to leave a message because it is always full!
They are calling 2-3 times everyday since 3-4 weeks.
Please can you do something, it is really bugging me!

It's a marketing company that does follow up for the Royal Bank
I answered the call. They asked questions regarding the customer service received by the bank

they tried to touch me. Crafty monkeys. I like how they slip in that the call is being recorded nice and quick. dont answer yes or they will chop your balls... i mean call up and make it sound like you agreed to touch their junk.

J'ai eu l'appel. Ça fait la quatrième fois.

Ils essaient d'obtenir des infos sous prétext de vente d'assurance. Ils m'ont demandé date de naissance, vérification d'address, etc. J'ai raconté des conneries et ils n'ont pas réagis aux mauvais infos sans mention que ce n'était pas exacte.

Je suis avec la RBC, ils ne m'appellent jamais pour ce genre de niaiserie.

I received the call. It was the fourth time.

The caller attempts to obtain some personal info under pretext of selling some insurance. They asked me for my date of birth, and verified my address, etc. I gave them some fake info to which they didn'T react or say it was wrong.

I am with the RBC, they don'T call me for this kind of crap.

They have called and have never left a message
even when the caller id shows I do not answer any questions I simply tell them to inscribe my name and number and if they persist I call Bell Canada and tell them to advise these people to stop calling me.  If Bell gives you the runaround insist on speaking to someone else until you get what you want.  I am on a do not call list as well.

I also made a complain at the CRTC. The more we are to complain, the more chances we have to be listened.

moi aussi je viens de recevoir cet appel de ce numero. il m a dit que c est une assurance collective qu ils veulent m offrit. ils ont confirmé avec moi ma date e naissance. je ne savais pas et j ai confirmé. mais ils m a demandé de souscrire l assurance et j ai refusé. je me demandé alors comment ils ont eu mes infos. demain je dois appeller rbc pour voir ce qui se passe.

May 2010 j'ai réussie parler avec Tracy qui m'a dérangé avec ses appels et je l'ai demandée expressément 3 fois de ne plus me déranger avec les appels du tout.
Sinon j'ai son nom , la compagnie, le website et je vais lui faire une plainte a la Protection du Consommateur.

Conclusion:

Sont des mensonges!!!
Ils font enquette de crédit sur laquelle ils peuvent voir avec qui tu as un compte de banque ou d'autres créditeurs...
Ils utilise cette information pour qu'au moment de l'appelle vous ne le raccrocher pas le téléphone, pour vous attiré l'attention. ensuite ils collecte vos informations personnelles s'ils peuvent (EN FAIT C'EST ÇA LE BUT DE SES APPELS!!!)
J'ESPÈRE QUE ÇA SUFFIT POUR JUGER COMMENT RÉAGIR AU MOMENT D'UN APPEL DE TRG (TELESERVICES).

je suis sur un site de tchat depuis kk semaines et je recois cet appel et comme certain ont comprit qu'ils recueillent de l'information.. ils veulent probablement plus que ça et comme ca nous déranges je vdéranges aussi,, cest des agences de prostitutions lollll  [***] you je payerais pas des femmes criss de bandes de pauvres

Il me tape sur les nerfs depuis quelques mois laisser le peuple tranquille ne réponder pas je pense le rapporter au CRTC ou au consomateur

Solicitation téléphonique au 2 jours

Teleperformance said they're RBC sub-contractors. I told them that in my contract with RBC there is no single day, or single moment RBC told me about Teleperformance. I asked them to have a modus vivendi with RBC and make sure that RBC informs its clients about Teleperformance. He insisted and wanted to have a short while to extract information from me, I said sorry to them and I insisted on the fact that bank issues are confidentiel. I said that I don't want to continue talking to them.

I get a call from this number every day.  I do not answer.  If its important they can leave a message.  would like this to stop.

j'ai recu du 888-458-4072, dans les 14 derniers jours 11 appels,ils ne laissent pas de message,ma femme l'a prise une fois,et ils ont dit qu'ils representaient la rbc,ca commence a me faire c...r,je suis membre de rbc depuis toujours et je n'ai besoin d'aucun intermediaire pour les contacter,d'ailleur je les connais personnellement,  que faire??????

This number has called me at least 15 times over the last 2 weeks- I have not picked up once. Is this not boarderline harrassment?

Just got a call from that number and they hung up!
