I answered & no one was there, dead air

I have been harassed by this company for over a month now. Despite answering the call and telling the CSR I do not wish to participate and to take my number off the call list. I have called the 416.922.3519 as mentioned above and left a message for my number to be taken off their call list and I have also gone to the website and requested again for my number to be removed from the call list.  However it has been longer than 30 days and I am still getting between 2-4 calls during the day.... I agree that this is harassment!

I got a call too. I think these scammers, plain criminals who are out to scam the public. Can't the government or police do something against these criminals.?

these called selling insurance on behalf of BMO and i check BMO and BMO said they do not authorize anyone to do that on their behalf. so these people are fake and out to scam the public. beware!

I have been receiving these calls at least daily but at different hours during the day -- on a businedss line yet!  It is an automatic dialler that is set up to find out what time someone answers so that a salesperson is more likely to find someone there when he/she calls.  Drives me nuts! I continue to ignore the calls.

I have been receiving calls from this number at leaqst four times daily.  I haven't yet picked on of them up!

THREATEN TO SUE THEM....MY CALLS STOPPED IMMEDIATELY....THANKS...LAWYER.........

phoned today and asked for my hub.  I asked if it was telemarketing.  They said no and asked for hub again.  I asked what it was regarding, and she hung up.

i got a call from this number and they ask for someone i dont know ?

It's from Teleperformance Canada.  They called me several times a day at all hours for a week.  I never picked up though as they are only calling to see what time of day you answer the phone for their records.  They say they are calling on behalf of BMO, so I emailed BMO customer service and asked if they use these tactics and how can I get taken off the calling list.  The reponded that Teleperformance does not work for them and that I am already on BMO's do not call list.  The calls stopped immediately though.  A couple weeks later a got a call from them and picked up the phone without looking first.  I got an operator who said she was representing BMO.  I told her I talked to BMO and they said they did not represent them.  She transferred me immediately to her supervisor who asked me SEVERAL times what BMO had said to me.  I simply repeated SEVERAL times what I had said to the first girl.  She then asked if I wanted to receive further calls from Teleperformance and I said NO.  I haven't received any calls from them since.

I asked who it was and they hung up on me? Whats that? You call me, and then hang up on me??? Isnt there some kind of law against that?

I have BMO accounts, and I already have insurance through them, so I emailed my BMO home branch to see if they were actually trying to find me for a legit reason.  Their answer was no, so I added it to my block list.  Unfortunately, I only have 12 spots and blocking this number took up the last one.

I have this number call me a few times a day and same thing, they do not say anthing.

I can't find the Do Not Call button on the website and I REEEALLY want to. Where exactly is it? I was in the Global Performance area in my country in the Canada section and I couldn't find it. Am I looking in the wrong place? I never answer their calls but they're calling me incessantly (at least 3 times a day) and I'm getting really tired of it.
