individual called me and said she was calling for a company called extension point. wanted information about my relative's recent death. she kept asking for more and more information. would not give a name. told her to file a claim against the estate.

Call is from Ascension Point Recovery, LLC http://www.ascensionpoint.com/consumer-resources-for-debt-recovery/. It's a collection agency.  My mom passed away and there was an outstanding credit card bill.

Well known bunch of criminal grave robbers. Since you are not liable for that debt there is no reason to do anything but report them and sue them.

Keeps calling every other day.  Answered and they wanted info on a dead person.  I told them there was no estate and won't stop calling.

Put yourself on the Do Not Call Registry and then if they call you, tell them you will sue them if they call you again. They stop calling rather quickly.

Do NOT use the 'Do Not Call' registry. It may (possibly) be a genuine government resource in the USA or similar, but it is NOT in the UK. (and it is not a UK Government website either). In fact, I imagine it's a scam site no matter where you are - you'll probably get even more spam calls. Nice try.
