They keep calling and calling several times a day leaving messages and it isn't even my name! They keep calling for some man named Sergio Martinez and it is just a message, so I can't tell them it is not me! They also call from a number that looks like a local area code. They are filling up my voicemail and I am fed up!

My son gets calls from this number on his cell, asking for me. The last names they have for me is a maiden name and first marriage name (my son's last name) from over 28 years ago. I'm assuming as all people posting here, that it is a debt collector.  have no debt that I've ever walked away from. My son's smart to never answer, but I'm sorry he's being bugged.

Called back to them 22 times in a row, did not speak a word, I think they got the hint I'm not playing their games. If they can waste my time I can waste theirs just by hitting redial and 0 to connect to operator.

Tried once more, I think they blocked my number now. Problem Solved

These people been calling me pissing me the hell off and it is not for me and very damn rude and talking all over you and wont tell where they are calling from.  please help us stop these people.

This company is operating illegally and has been barred from running a collection company by the California Sec. of State and Nevada Sec. of State. Further a federal judge refer this company to DOJ California District and the California Bar is also involved investigating there unlicensed practice of law ,which is a criminal offense in California. If somehow you think they reported you to a credit agency (Transunion, Equifax, or Experian) that would be illegal and the credit reporting agency by law has to remove it as Swfit Funds is barred for operating. You need to dispute directly to the Credit Agency under Federal Law 15 U.S.C. § 1681 that Swift Funds has been barred for operating a collection agency by California Secretary of State under California License/Entity # 201013310265.

Make sure you send the Dispute by CERTIFIED MAIL.

Pretending to be a debt collector calling about a litigation. Complete fraudulent low IQ imbeciles. These people should go to the highest bridge in their town and jump off it to do humanity a favor.

constantly called when I called back to find out who called I told them I had already paid gym bill off and even contacted gym and they told me yes I was good and gave them the # of the person calling me and they told me to have them call them about it and when I called them back to tell them this guy was rude and did not believe me and refused to take info and said they would have to email him but did not leave an email for them to contact them at which defeats the purpose of this.

888-479-4384 is a sales, marketing, and fitness caller who left message. They will not identify themselves as call marketers but they are.

Got a text from this number today asking for me to call them regarding some debt. I gone ahead and called them because I have had debt issues in the past and legal actions was taken so I wanted to avoid that from happening again. When the lady answered she said it was for a gym membership from 4 years ago. I tried to tell her I would have to make payments arrangements and sue stated I was only allowed to make 2 payments and that was it. Needless to say I told her no and hung up the phone.
