Renee - Thank God they called
Ok, wow! I will say that first I was PISSED! I have been freaking hounded by these "tax help" companies. Someone from IFA (Integrity Financial Associates) left a message saying they were calling the "owner" about 941 taxes. I called back to tell them to take me off their damn list, but I got John Bok, who actually turned out to be one of the owners. I told him I was so tired of being called and ended up telling him what was going on with all our problems. He LISTENED! He didn't bull [***] me and told me after we spoke in detail about my company's situation that in my case it was cheaper for me to NOT hire them. He gave me a lot of advice about getting returns filed to get rid of "IRS Substitute Returns" which most likely doubled what I actually owed. He sent me some free information and gave me some numbers that might help us out. He told me to call back if I ran into problems, and they could schedule a time for me to talk to their attorney for FREE to keep me headed on what he called "the road to recovery" :-). I felt soooo much better after we talked, and I am working on filing my returns. If it turns out I need their help, I am definitely calling that man back.

My office was called too, and I'm a damn attorney. If you don't pay your taxes, liens are public information and do not fall under any solicitation protection act. I was extremely disgruntled after being continually contacted, not to mention that I look like an [***] (though thank god I am not a tax attorney) because I was irresponsible, and now the world knows it. However, I owed 1120's, and they told me that if I restructured from a corporation to a Limited Liability Company, it could cut the debt in half. I let them send their proposal and the additional free information. Apparently, their senior attorney wrote an article on restructure benefits, which I DEMANDED they send as well. I consulted some of my colleagues and read the article, which was legitimate. Granted, I owe a little under a mil so the amount I will save is immeasurable. Now I am doing the research to decide whether I can do this myself, or if I should pay them to do it. I checked out their website, which I must say is slightly dated, and their facebook (much more clean with reference quotes, links, etc.), and they gave me several references which included some attorneys. I think this was an attempt at reducing my embarrassment, which I appreciate. Their callers are impetuous, however, in the end I feel that I am in a more informed position than I was before they harassed me.

All I can say is hahahahaha this is going to be fun now that I am sure they aren't important. They want to waste my time I am so going to waste theirs. I know it's immature but I can't help myself. They hung up when I asked them to stop calling :o(  They have been told we have someone handling it too. So I guess they don't really care.

"Susan from Integrity" called our office and was very pushy. She wanted to speak with the president of the company about our 941s. I told her someone was already handling all of our tax matters. She became belligerent and raised her voice at me, saying it was worth $30,000 and she was going to keep calling until she got through to him.

I told her she'd be calling for a long time because no one here was going to put her through to the president.

They contacted the company I work for. When I told them the person they were looking for wasn't available (Sherry didn't ever pronounce the name right and was corrected and still couldn't get it right.) and I could leave a message. She stated I needed to give her the person she was asking for now or she was going to report me to the manager. I told her that she could leave the message with a return phone number. She stated she would give it to me but that I probably wouldn't pass the message along. I told her I didn't need her smart remarks and if she wanted to leave a message to give me this information. She then hung up on me. Calling back about 10 min later this time from a blocked number stating that she had informed her manager of how I spoke to her. I asked to speak to said manager she said no. Hung up, when I returned the call and again asked to talk to a manager she said that I wasn't going to speak to him no matter how many times I called. I informed her that I would continue to ask for a manager every time I called and she said I would never talk to him and that she would continue to call me. VERY RUDE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! If there was a negative star choice I would choose it.

First of all Heather, an accurate explanation would be a good thing. I would give the company you represent a F for hiring rude, nosey, incompetent employees. I called regarding a personal issue for your Supervisor.... What part about personal and confidential do you not understand? As far as the name pronunciation, it was my first call and I was going by what I had been sent by a third party, so  to have the snippy, nasty, little girl attitude with a big girl pants position (supposibly a professional receptionist) because of an incorrect name pronounciation is ridiculous! I have the conversation documented as well and there are two sides to a story. I already went to my supervisors with the conversation, so they did not need to be bothered with your whining. Besides, I called to speak to your supervisor and you treated me like a piece of garbage at the onset, so what makes you think when you call for mine, I would have just bent right over? What comes around goes around.....your crappy attitude when you answered is what set this in motion and if you had just done your job nicely in the first place you would not have invoked that response from me....I have the name of the non taxpaying company in my files and if I were a complete ass I would post complaints with  thr comoany name as well in addition to the fact that your company can't seem to pay their taxes! If you cared one iota about your job and company, you would have gotten off your high horse and understood that I was trying to actually help because I care about your company probably more then you do, if you did you would NEVER answer the phone like you did as a representing employee to anyone. If I am ever in that area, I will make sure I stay away from your company or any services it provides because of you Heather!

An ass job? No it is a Job that makes you deal with rude unprofessional [***] like you all day. People at integrity actually care that business owners are aware of reductions the IRS  will never tell you about. And we get called nasty names because were doing what we can to pay our bills and get people help. IFA is not a scam. I know this because I work there and I hear the people on the other line calling crying because they were thankful we kept calling. We tell you straight up if it won't be cost affective and worth it for you. Pay your damn taxes and you won't deal with calls. Its that simple. Just remember the people calling are human beings. We are only doing our job just like you to get by

Also, I was going to report your company and your behaviour in the beginning but had decided that enough negative energy has already been spent on this but I saw your inaccurate report of the actual conversation so in defense of Integrity I responded. I get calls too from all kinds of people at work...clients; non clients, sales people, attorneys, government agencies and I would NEVER treat anyone the way Heather did. I was trying to get some important information on an older financial issue and I actually asked for two responsible parties names, one pronounced easily and before I even got to the unigue( which I was close to saying correctly) name you were snotty and miserable. We are not scammers and to judge that is the same as saying your company and service provided there is a scam. Immature response. Just in case you want to snicker at others expense again, the correct spelling is supposedly and ignore the typos since your such a kind person who would  not see past such insignificant issues. Hopefully there have been no personal or business consequences of the  information not getting to the appropriate responsible person because if you.

I have gotten many calls from this company, I must say it was annoying how much they have to call but they aren't trying to sell there services at all. They have this reduction program the the irs's legal department approved for businesses. The owner told me they get the liens from the secretary of state for businesses that are able to get 50% or more of the remaining debt. So it really is their job to get the info out to the tax payers. Apparently less then 5% of cpa's/atterney's/owners use this. They don't even know about it, because it took them 4 years to make the program and to fight the irs to make it legal. Stop being do closed minded, you need this program!

Clearly a company dedicated to spreading love with hilariously worded coverups on websites where people can call them out on their crap.  Would not recommend this level of cancer. No idea if they are scammers or what, but their professional level in allowing their own employees to run rampant on websites like this screams scam or attempted cover up. Either way a trustworthy company

10/10 Would recommend to any sucker looking to lose money
