I do not know if I have gotten any calls from this number yet or not, as if we do not recognize the caller(s), we do not answer the phone (and we don't want any calls from them either...) But I did get a pink official looking post card in the mail. It was from "US Automotive Protection Services" and that card had this number on it. They are offering extended vehicle repair protection coverage on a vehicle that I do not even own anymore. Out of curiosity I looked this company up on the BBB website, although this company is not a BBB a credited company, there were so many complaints about them, I would not do business with them anyway's. Buyer beware, always do some back ground checks first on all companies seeking your business before you contact them, it will save you a lot of time, hassle's, and money too..

A yellow postcard with this number listed on it came in the mail. It stated that my mom's 2-year-old car needed their vehicle protection for its "continued safe operation" and that she hadn't gotten in contact with them to activate said vehicle protection and that she was asked to call them. It also mentioned that if she did not activate the protection, she'd be responsible for repairs herself out of pocket. It mentioned a notification date of March 30 and an expiration date of April 6 as well as a record number. This is the second year in a row they have sent this notice, always around the time she bought the car. Her car has warranty from the dealership. We refuse to do business with these guys as they are scammers.

Thanks for the heads up. I was about to call this number to figure out. I won't call them as this look as scam.

A pink MOTOR VEHICLE NOTIFICATION post card from US Automotive Services.  Very official looking, but implying from its return address of Vehicle Service Division.  Unwanted.

Wisconsin AG vs US Automotive Protections Services, LLC
Wisconsin Attorney General, Josh Kaul, filed lawsuit against US Automotive Protection Services, LLC, for violating Wisconsin direct-mail marketing laws.  The mailers made consumers believe they must take immediate action to keep their vehicle’s warranty.  The mailers stated they were “official business” and created a false sense of urgency to Wisconsin consumers.

On December 7, 2022, Wisconsin Department of Justice, entered into a settlement with US Automotive Protections Services, LLC.  The company will pay $200,000 in civil forfeitures and mandatory court surcharges and assessments.  USAPS will also pay $4,000 separately to reimburse the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for costs and attorney’s fees.
