Left voice mail stating I need to call him before he rendered a virdict

Kiana called my place of work threatening next call would be to payroll to garnish my wages. I asked her to remove my work number from their list and to not use false threats in an attempt to intimidate me. She said she was from Structured settlement with global trust. Call bank 888-585-2112

I wish these ghetto folks would stop calling me with their scam. First, they are spoofing numbers. Second they are reading a script and apparently do not even know what a Structured Settlement is as it pays you money vs. you owing them. I have their number blocked but they keep leaving messages. Also, they are too stupid to keep calling the same number and leaving messages from February as by now, if they were legit, I’d receive some sort of mailed correspondence.

Same happened to me and now i have to deal with them being attached to my credit report. Somebody did something and I have to prove it wasnt me. It is a nightmare

I recevied an email from Human Resources department at my job stating that there was a call for me from Structured Settlement. The caller's name was Michelle and that I need to reach her today. I called the number and a gentlement answered.

Local phone number is showing up on my caller ID. "Daphine" has left a vague message twice
now saying she is from Structured Settlement. She claims they have sent me a letter, which is not true, and that I needed to call as she needed to "render a decision on this file very soon". I googled this call back number and have found many comments made that this is a scam.

Calls from a local number about some sort of file on her desk. Pretty sure it's a scam because I've gotten the same message from different phone numbers and caller IDs

Hmmmm.  A structured settlement is one thing, but posters have indicated this is a debt collector using the phrase "structured settlement" in a very, very different way.  This has the markings of a phony debt collection scam.  The "file on the desk" is a debt scammer lingo for sure.
I would not be so quick to return this call. Remember, a phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt.

same as everyone else which did strike me as odd due to using the term structure settlement. I have not received anything in the mail and did not identity who is the company that is allegedly owed. Which is why I will not entertain. And you just can't get some check garnished you have to have a judgment first which means going to court. The number they called from was 8885852112 very bad recording that started off with one person (female/African American)  paused and a male (white) continued with the message. Sounds like they need to get there recording together fist and even when they do, still not entertaining this mess.

A man named James from Structured Settlement keeps calling my work # and leaving a message saying that a payment I made to Structured Settlement to clear a debt was returned by my bank unpaid and that I had to call and make payment arrangements or they will have to take further measures to clear the debt. The number they leave to call back is 888.585.2112 but the number caller ID is to 850.299.9384. I don't owe a debt to structured nor have I made a payment to any one that has been returned by my bank unsatisfied. Be careful this is clearly a scam...I wish I knew how to stop the calls...uggh!!!

These idiots leave a vm at my number at least a couoof ines a week.  I have called 4 times now to ket them know I'm not who they are looking for.  The last 2 times they've hung up on me.  This is harrassment and I've let them that.  Who do I turn them in to?  The fcc?

A man called from this number said i sent him a fraudulent check and said some federal legalities and i could be in trouble i have no dept

I got the same call twice this week. The woman stated her name is Maggie.  Obviously, they do not know what a structured settlement is. If I thought for one minute they were going to pay me, I would call them. They also spoofed a local number. If I don't recognize it, I don't answer.

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone and now at work and they've called a list of family members.

They just did the same thing to my home. Left no name not whom he wanted to talk to.

I have repeatedly tried to call. They pick up and hang up.

I know there are not even one court case against me or anyone else in my household. I am considering this a scam.

Keep getting called form unknown #s. Return call to 888-585-2112. NO! I'm calling the attorney general's office. I'm tired of this crap
