repeated calls, caller hangs up when reaching answering machine, or leaves invasive message

Left a short message then hung up. I have it blocked. Spam

Recorder message. Said they were running a survey.   I was able to make out a name and looked it up on the web.  Looks to be a c0mmercial company doing a 'survey' of consumers to fine tune telephone solicitations for clients.

I was hospitalized at my local hospital called Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. I have received calls and letters from this company. So it’s not a scam it is a medical survey company but I forgot it. I’m in and out of the hospital ( only 40 years old) so I’m used to receiving these calls and mail from them.

I didn't get a call *from* this number, but a caller from Fremont CA (510-498-2029) had a recorded message about a survey from [my health care provider] for [my name] and would [my name] call them back at the 888- number if I wanted to participate.  It seemed legit: they knew my doctor's name and the date of my recent appointment.  However, a call *from* the 888- number would be weird.

This was a legit call regarding a doctors visit I had a few days ago.  It was a survey asking me to rate how I was treated for my visit.  At the end it asked if I wanted to opt out of these surveys in the future which I did because these would keep happening after each visit.

"Hello, this is Feather River Adventist Health Medical Center calling about your recent visit. We would like you to participate in a health survey. Please call back at 888-590-5962." That was the first call. After that the message changed to, "Hello, this is Feather River Adventist Health Medical Center calling about your recent visit. If this is (my name), press one. If not press 2, if we have reached the incorrect household press 3." After a brief pause, "That is an invalid response. If this is (my name), press one. If not press 2, if we have reached the incorrect household press 3." After another pause, "We will call again later."
They called about the same time every night. After three nights in a row, I finally blocked them.

Called randomly, answered and all the automated voice said was "Thank you, Goodbye" then hung-up. Not sure if answering it automatically signs you up for some calling list. Just ignore and block it.

Checked no info no name no company no loca. Just listed a spam

A 2 second search turned up a lot of information. Are you sure that you know how to use a search engine? This appears to still be a 3rd party calling with a healthcare survey, probably from a practice or hospital that you were recently seen at.
