Caller claimed to be from “Document Services” / a “litigations office” regarding an alleged complaint or “noncompliance notice.” Used threatening legal-sounding language including “please consider yourself notified” and claimed legal action could proceed within 1-2 business days. Refused to provide the name of an actual law firm, attorney, plaintiff, court, or case number. Contacted both me and a family member. Caller had personal information including my address and DOB to appear legitimate. I searched Arizona and Maricopa County court records and found no case associated with my name. Appears to be scam activity, deceptive collection tactics, or impersonation of legal authority.
