Received call showing no number and out of area. This number is on their BBB report.  Female started some energy savings spiel. Asked for company name she said "Energy Consumer Services" I said that's not a company name that's a generic term used to describe products and services. She said she wasn't selling anything. I asked for contact info she gave the we're not allowed to give that info. I said a real company would be happy to give out their info.
