Emails from a group called 'Get Connected Call Center', and /or 'internetforallnow.org', and 'Powered by California Emerging Technology Fund' (CETF).  They reference the 'California Department of Social Services': saying..."To learn more about these low-cost internet plans and find out how to enroll"... |  Caller ID: 888-662-4011 | I phoned the number and spoke to an agent twice, and I can't tell if this is 100% scam or what.  I have been unable to verify their legitimacy, so answer and / or phone the number at your own risk, should you receive calls or emails from this group.  Since phishing and scammy spam calls, texts, voice mails, and emails are constant (for all of us), I am always highly suspicious.  But if anyone has determined that they are legit, please let me know.
