trying to collect on credit card debt ihave never owned or applied for any  credit  cards from any company

I received this number from MANN BRACKEN who claims to be a Law Firm.  They tell me I have had a visa that was opened in 1998 and charged off in 1999. By a company called OSI Funding Corp. They are unable to give me the number and also claim there is a judgement against me. I get an automatic call every Sunday, telling me to call 1-800-830-2793. Now they did give me a number to OSI Funding Corp at 1-888-665-0374

These guys have setup a nice scam. They buy old/paid/expired statute of limitation – they really don’t care. Then they contract with low lives (yes, worst low lives than themselves!) so can hide from prosecution and liability. Pretty much like hiring a patsy to do the dirty work. The best way to go after them is through NV attorney general's office. Don't waste your time with the Feds, all they do is collect data to publish reports.

Pinnacle is a low-end collection agency that uses loan sharking tactics to collect whatever it can. It buys mostly old and past statute of limitation debt for pennies on the dollar and turns its minimum wage + bonus collectors to do whatever it takes to collect something. These people don’t concern themselves with following any rules or regulations – I wonder if that is because the company has so many politicians at different levels of government in their back pocket. Anyway, if really want to get rid of them, you have report them to your state’s attorney general’s office. Good Luck.
