It's a tax scammer that left the following voicemail this morning-
"Hey there I hope your day is going well my name is Ellen Clark with Revolution tax help LLC go ahead and give me a call back at 888-674-9973 it's regarding your back income tax debt or missed filings I've got some great news for you about some new programs that have recently taken affect like the economic recovery program called fresh start you've heard about in the news and I just wanted to discuss your elimination options it's imperative I speak to you just as soon as possible so again my phone number is 888-674-9973 I'm looking forward to hearing back from you and remember it's never too late have a great day and if you'd like to opt out of future calls please just call back the caller ID on your cell phone…”

I have no outstanding tax debt or missed filings.

Same. Received same exact Voice Mail. Phone companies could stop all the scammers and spammers but they won't.
