I got 2 calls from "Julie" in a three hour span!

Keep getting several messages: " to call Julie at 888-689-3894

In Wisconsin, they're known as State Collection Service Inc, Madison, WI

They keep calling me. She goes "Hey This is Julie. We're from the SCSI, please call us back 888 689 3894. Again this is Julie, we're from the SCSI, please return our call at 888 689 3894." Ummmm I'm definitly NOT in debt because I'm not even an adult yet.

did you ever think that someone had your number before you? they are probably looking for someone who had that number in the past....duh!!

same problem here. call from Julie from scsi, same number. and i'm definitely not in debt.

I have gotten several calls from these people and have paid using a credit card but they are now calling my place of Employment. I only work 5 - 10 hours a week and not at the office. They can communicate with me at home. We have in the past.

I have had the same number for 22 years. I am not in debt. I have filed a lawsuit for fraud and harassment against these pieces of garbage.

Asked for id just gave me that it is FCSI. would not tell me what it means.

I have just filed a complaint against them with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Office of the Attorney General for the follwing reasons:

This letter also verifies that I live at the address above, therefore, any further locator attempts would be a violation of the FDCPA.

They have been told on numerous occasions lthat I, and I alone have lived here and had this phone number for 25 years. They keep calling.

Any one who posts defending them obviously works for them and probably in involved in trafficking child pornography as well.

I received a call from this number and it has a recorded message to wait for the next available representative.  It took a few minutes and a guy came on and asked for Julie Smith.  When I told him there wasn't anyone here by that name he said thanks and hung up.  Weird!

They call me at LEAST 5 times a day, every single day of my life. I clearly realize that I have medical debt, but I currently cannot afford to pay them. This is harassment. Every day, a minimum of 5 times, they call me. Unreal.

This is nuts.  Someone needs to shut this outfit down.  It's clearly fraudulent whether a debt collector or not-they are running scams and violating laws.  They have called here non-stop for many months. No debt and I never answered because I know all my contacts.
