This number keeps calling me as well. "Miss Williams" was extremely rude when I explained to her that I did not take out a "pay-day loan" anywhere.  The information she gave me was from June of 2006, something I have no idea of what shes talking about. She says they are sending me a court date but wont send me any info of the debt proir to court.  Well, I have been in the business of fixing customers bad credit and keeping them on track with their bills for about 11 years now.  So I guess I have to fight these people as well.

How much did they pay you to defend these CONN artists dear?  On my end I am already started procedures to SUE THEM for every penny I can ... TRUST me takes a conn to know a conn"  but
I am waiting patiently for the next call as I am recording all.  It will only help to make my case.

I have had perfect credit, but you know there is always a rotten apple...so is payback time...and believe me
is not gonna be pretty.  Also a note to everyone REPORT these people to the FDIC and your local authorities.  To put an end to it.

FDIC...that's for insuring banks dear. You keep on waiting by the phone for that lawsuit. Ummm. Turd.

None of these so called debt collection places would exist if people would just ignore them and don't believe a word they say.They don't have the resources or written documentation to sue . If they did they wouldn't call people for months or years trying to [***] them.All they have are lists of names and phone numbers and amounts people supposedly owe on payday loans. That they probably paid another scam company $10.00 for. Thats why people get calls for years from different so called collectors about the same account.The burden of proof in court is on these so called collectors and they need far more written documentation to prove a debt valid than someones name on a list .  There is nothing on my credit report from this outfit, never recieved anything in writing from them yet they call out of the blue and rant about case numbers and actions against name and social security number.I can't believe anyone would actually fall for this crap and pay them a dime.

These idiots called my cell phone with an automated message for someone I've never heard of.

Or they can file bankruptcy and then everyone loses. Perhaps you should try to exercise a little restraint...

Nice to see you all band together to try and collect money no one owes.  Hopefully someone calls you to collect a debt you don't owe either so you can see how this feels.  Anyways have a long miserable life.
