I just got a call from them.  They don't leave their name when they call just the name of the person and their number to call back.  I do have a loan with Westlake (payment was due 3 days ago) and I have a ten day grace period before its considered over due (and this is the first time in a long time I haven't made it by or before the due date, and not used any grace period).  I should never have given them my new number.  They will call several times a day even if you are in your grace period.  Guess this is what you get for going with a sub prime lender.  Glad I don't have long left on this loan.

I do not have a loan with them. They are calling daily, wanting to speak with someone I do not know and at times speaks Spanish. I do not speak Spanish.

Westlake Financial calls me 5 - 10 times a day starting the first day my payment is due. My payment is due the 1st of every month and they start calling at 8:30 am that day. They get their money every month but think that they have to harrass you to get it. Thankfully I only have another year of payments left and they can quit calling me!

This company is a joke. They hire very unprofessional people, who call to harrass you every month.
My payment is due on the 9th of the month today is the 6th and they are calling me. They don't leave a message, because they don't have a reason to be calling me. Every month they start calling a few days before the payment is due and sometimes call 3 times a day without leaving a message.
    MY PAYMENT IS NEVER LATE!

I will never ever do business with this company for any reason. If someone tries to sell you a car and suggests Westlake Financial.......run the other way and don't look back.

I don't have a loan with this company, but I do with another called Wilshire Credit and the payment to them was due yesterday and if this is them they call non stop all day long until the payment is made. They even start as early as 8:00 on the due date of the 4th. Also they are thefts and added an extra fee thru a company called Cash America Pawn. It's called a CSO Fee and it was $3,815.00. I am disabled and ill and asked over and over what it was and was told that it was just the total financed. A few days later when I was better I figured it out. Now nothing I can do about it but pay off early. I am reporting to the BBB. So if you go to a pawn shop or some other store make sure there is nothing called a CSO Fee. They are screwing you.

The same with me but the company is called Wilshire Consumer Credit. And if I am not the one to answer the phone they tell the person answering the phone they are lying. And yells and then hangs up and calls back over and over again all day long.

It's Westlake Financial and they are typically giving "courtesy calls' to remind you that your payment is either due or due soon. Simply call this number back, press 0 and then 0 again to speak to a rep. Tell them your name and that you would no longer like to receive these courtesy calls or that you do not have an account with Westlake and the calls will stop.
