Talked about scam

Identified himself as somebody calling from Bell. Told me that somebody is trying to use my identity to issue 3 telephone lines

Called 5 times requesting information regarding if someone is at home all the time. Also stating someone trying to secure a phone. Scam

the called me claiming to be Virgin wanting to validate my account

That U have been scammed and call customer service

Stated I needed to contact Bell to clarify my info, ie, address and email as scammers had breached my information weeks ago by calling with a GREAT offer....I got no such call.

Still scamming pretending to be bell

Claimed to be virgin mobile fraud department, but call display states confidentiel

No caller I.d. so I didn't answer. My display said suspected spam.

A guy who said he was from bell. [***] scammer even laugh saying “your account seems to be hacked hahaha, I’m here to help” [***] off

Pretending to be bell. Said they needed to verify if an order was “legit” - disturbing that they’d have that info. Bell must have scammers working for them leaking/misusing info

It was a real security call from Virgin. I askedon the tchat boot on the Virgin plus website and then the fraud departement called me to assured me it was them.

You sure about that? The prior posts strongly suggest this is a Phishing scam. Why would the "Fraud department" be calling you? That seems a bit odd to me.
What was the reason for the call? What questions were asked?
