The company called me and ask for my information. I knew I was a few days late, but I always received emails regarding my payments. I was talking to this person, and they wouldn't give me the exact amount of my account nor would they give me the right date it's due. What tipped me to this, they wanted my email address because they didn't have it on my file. Yet, I was receiving emails with bills and payment confirmations. So, I hung up instantly.

I have gotten 3 calls from this number in the last 5 days. We do have a vehicle financed through Ally Financial but not only is our payment not even due yet...they should NOT be calling ME! They should be calling my husband, not me as I am not the one that makes this payment nor can I do anything as far as paying it. Beginning to see why so many hate this company! They're a bunch of impatient morons.

Just to let you know it really is Ally, even though you have 12 days or so after your due date they continue to call, best thing to do is just tell them a date you are going to pay and pay online or something and the calls should stop haha it's funny because they threaten with hits to my credit but the vehicles not even in my name!

Some damn Foreigner calls and they want to demand who they're talking to and then they start asking you a bunch of questions hang up on him

Block the number.  This company is dirty,  will call your work, and leave personal messages with your co-workers. This company is open until midnight, and can contact the person at home to discuss, personal matters.

They call and call and call and call.  I have the call blocked so I don't get the calls, just see every time they call.  It's irritating.  I owe no one anything for anything.   Download Mr. Number to automatically block some of the scam calls.

It won't show on your credit until it's over 30 days late anyway. They just try to bully.

I have now received a text message from this number informing me hat the sender is at the movie theater....ummmm ok?

Just received a call from this number. This number has called me multiple times to tell me I have a late payment. I know I do...it's 1 day late. I have a 10 day grace period to pay my bill. I get paid every two weeks and my car payment just so happens to be due the week I do not get paid. They never leave a voicemail from this number.

has called 7 times within 24 hours, all on work number, has been told DO NOT call work, same woman each time, foreign accent of course, Ally, never do business with them. going to keep track of harassment and filing complaint for constant harassment after being told to stop calling work. don't have a Suzuki, wouldn't have one if they were free.

I've gotten a million calls from these fools. Until I read these messages I didn't know they were a scam but I've always refused to pay them over the phone . I simply say I am going to set up an online payment and get off the phone. Unbelievable!

I have received calls from this number four times on this Sunday morning, starting at 6:15 a.m.  When I do not answer, it indicates it is Suzuki Financial.  Finally I call the number to see who it is thinking someone has used the wrong number, and it turns out that this number also is used by GMAC and Ally Financial.  I do have a loan with Ally, but my payment is already scheduled.  When I asked the representative where they were calling, he openly admitted it was "OFFSHORE."  I ended the call immediately.

This is a scam.  These idiots call me nonstop and do not say anything when I answer the phone.  I have a car loan with Ally (also scammers!!)

Ally Bank the worst harassment ever they call non stop I have had them call when they have already received my payment, they do call from all kinds of numbers and do not speak english well at all, they have a phone bank in a foreign country they pay to have them call and harass anyone who is late, I believe it to be against the law but they get by with it because they say its not them but it really  is

I use an app called call blocker that syncs weekly with the FCC report list. This number was automatically blocked but they did leave a vm stating they were from Ally. They called 4 times so far tonight.

After I told the idiot who called he had a wrong number he kept asking for the name again and again. . I yelled at him and he said "speak like the man you are meant to be"   .. so I used a nice selection of words and he kept saying the same thing. .

Don't waste your good energy on low life, hang up on him, they hate that, and after, block this number.

Don't bother giving info to them, just pay your car payment normally.  I'm more mad at ally for giving out my number like that. I've never missed a payment (late sure but who hasnt amirite?) and i get blown up by these people?
