    It appears the FBI has swooped in and raided the First Metro Real Estate Services LLC at 18570 Grand River.  My research shows that Richard F Pierce is running the show and may now be working with the FBI .  Pierce may now be the single informant that helps put these guys away ( as well as himself possibly) if he is willing to tell the truth.  Matthew Golden is another name that appears to belong to ownership of businesses at the same location ( I searched using the names from a prior post of businesses doing business at that address).  Not sure if he is a fraudster or what his role may be.  

    A single Google search of " FBI fraud Richard Pierce US Mortgage Specialists"  shows a very large civil forfeiture from earlier in the year.  Possibly that was at the time the feds followed up?

    I couldn't find any stories in the local papers however.  Hope some of this information is helpful
