Received a threatening message stating they wanted to know my "whereabouts" and were filing legal documents with the courts.

Left a message.  Sounded automated and voice "disguised" (deeper).  Talked about a formal complaint filed against (long pause before name).  I did recognize the name but he's been deceased for 2 1/2 years.

This is a COMPLETE scam and they have been doing this on and off to me for over a year. Just started back up today. They have gone so far as to call my mother, elderly in-laws, husband, brother and employer. What these sc*mbags do is buy your information from an old account you had years and years ago and call each and every person they can find that have anything to do with you and say you are being sued, a complaint has been filed, a lawsuit is being filed, etc. The major problem is they actually have real information, information that someone that doesn't know any better will stop and think 'oh wow, they have my name, address, employer, date of birth..this must be real'. This is what they count on. They will scare you enough and you will pay. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME. EVER. Let family know about it so they don't fall for it...they will call them. It is absolutely disgusting what they do, makes me sick.

Got the same thing today talking about a complaint from 2010 and that papers have been filed against me in court... haha i cussed his ass out and told him by law he should'nt even be calling me!!

Calls all the time , so I direct them to police departments

I'm one of theirs scam morons, I hate these calls and they freak me out, dude called again, ready to call my local police station.   JUST sent me a certificated, letter, I really thing they get numberssA. off if Facebook or B. I know the irs said to t-mobile name 3 times. Thanks for the reply, honestly someone is gonna hurt someone someday with these calls my heart can't  take the fear.

I'm getting calls saying a formal complaint has been filed about me, won't give me company. Naturenof complaint. I will not verify my Ssn with them. Be aware!! This is a scam

Same caller... Called Tuesday late morning, and today (Wednesday early afternoon)... Left message, re: "Adams Mary"... sounds like a deep, male voice, but it's warped sounding- voice changer? Same threats... I have no idea who this is, and I have NO bad debt... How do I block this caller?

Some guy tell me to call someone file a compliant and i call and no answer

Ive recieved voicemails from this number the last two days. I have not called them back at all and ive never talked to them.

This scammer just about call my phone everyday about file complaint for Julie Mallory (followed by: "If you have any information about this person, please contact us back to [look at mentioned phone numbers below]) --  Yeah buddy, if I I don't have any information, I don't pland on calling back because it's obvious that you are using  a fake voice to cover his or her original voice. (s)He calls my line just about everyday with different phone line using a VoIP so you couldn't trace it back to its original source. it has jumped from 888-872-2913 to 888-567-2796 to now 888-872-4097. I do not pick any of the 888# and I just let the voicemail pick up, block, and delete. This is ridiculous and might as well categorize this to harassment issue.  Lawsuit against this person is needed ASAP!
