THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!  IF YOU GET ANY PHONE CALLS FROM 716 247-6329 OR 888-875-5183 CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION @ 877-382-4357 TO REPORT THESE IDIOTS!  IF YOU DON'T REPORT THEM, THEY CAN NOT BE STOPPED.  IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO LEAVE A SS# WITH A NAME ON VOICEMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SS# NOT EVEN YOUR LAST FOUR DIGITS...IGNORE THE CALL AND REPORT THEM!   BBB CAN NOT FILE A COMPLAINT WITHOUT AN ADDRESS, SO DON'T TRY CALLING THEM FOR HELP. ANOTHER WAY TO BLOCK PHONE CALLS IS BY GOING TO WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV

This very rude person, John, has called my 80 year old father threatening
legal action.  After contacting him he said he was looking for a "Mary
Elizabeth Todd" and starting threatening me for my phone call.  He
states "This is a law firm"  How unprofessional, rude and this company
gives the lawyers of America a bad name!!  Don't call us again!

I have recieved rude threatening calls from this number.They asked if I was "stupid, or just dumb"? That does not make sense.

I got a voicemail message from Goldman,Price and Assoc too. The message sounded like it was being left by someone using a voice changer,very creepy. He said that it was in regard to an item that had been returned from the bank and that I needed to call them right away. They had a file # to refer back to when I called back,which of course I would never do!!
I have protection checking so if something was returned the bank would pay it and then charge me for it, also I check my account several times a day and nothing has been returned!!
Beware these guys play really dirty! I've had these guys call my neighbors before saying that we are in legal trouble and are going to be served. They google your house and your neighbors and do background checks on the adress to find out your name and numbers.
Remember if you owe someone money, they always contact you in writing, and it you are being served you get a written notice and a law officer/sheriff/server comes to your door with id. Don't be fooled by these people. They are real scum and I have no idea how they sleep at night!!!

Multiple calls, not remotely valid issue and I am sure if I turned it over to my attorney to call they wouldn't like it..

I just received a phone call from a Frank Austen with this company, Goldman & Associates...saying i owe from a payday loan back in 2011. He said they have someone in the area ready to serve me papers to go to court unless i pay over the phone today. They refuse to send me anything in writing the validates the debt. But he will send me an email confirming payment, but only after i pay. Do i ignore?..this is so stressful  :(
