Yeah, we started getting these calls exactly when the debt collectors started in on us. Ironically, the debts were for maintenance fees on time shares (which are for five time shares owned by my elderly in-laws who are in a nursing home). So we ignore them as we ignore all such calls.
This is why they can legally make the calls - debt collections are exempt from no-call lists unless you specifically TELL them to remove you. And then they just call you from another number, so don't bother.

have asked for them to please stop calling,new excuse system has been down needs 2 weeks to fix problem.Dont believe that since the calls have been going on for months.How can someone get off this list?
