Same old calls everyday. I just now started picking up the phone and never say a word. They hold on for awhile and so do I and soon they hang it up. I know its not for me as I owe no one, but something has to be done these calls. I am about to have an FBI friend look into this harrassment.

they have a slow system that when they call you it sometimes takes a few minutes to connect and thats when you get some dead air time its not a perfect system, try calling the number back they will answer saying "first bank card this is so and so" you can simply tell them the number that they are caling you on and they can pull up your file that way its simple, make a call rather than sit around and wait for more calls wondering whats going on.

The number 1-888-893-9519  identifies themselves as First National Bank of Omaha.
I do not know if the person calling works for the actual bank or if the debt is already bought and you are being called by a collection  agency (debt buyer) which is a different entity ! They will often represent themselves as the actual bank that you have your account with that is in default, but I have heard that often the one who calls is most likely an agency that has bought your debt from the bank (the debt buyer & their agents) will misrepresent themselves as working for the bank when in fact they  are debt collectors.. After all -  YOUR debt is money - your debt has been bought and they want to collect on it again!  Same with mortgages - your signature on a note is money and can be sold, many times over!   There is a way to fight debt collectors & mortgage lenders LEGALLY-get wise & learn up on this!

THIS IS A SCAM. Callers pose as representatives for First Bank or First National Bank of Omaha calling to collect a debt that is past due. Asked for our mailing address and account information to pay on a debt. We have never used this bank, and never lived in a place where this bank is available, and do not own a "Chrysler credit card" as they insist.

Called today asking for someone we do not know.  Told them we don't know the person.  Kept pressing for information and asked if there was a better time to call back.  I said "don't call back".  No apology, just hung up.  Blocked the number.  Now I find through this page it's First National Bank of Omaha.  Never had an account with them and have no idea why they are calling us.  Caller ID comes up as "800 Service", of which I am always suspicious.

Asked for a Carissa Gomez?  Have no clue who it is but they left a message to call them today.  I am assuming it is a debt collector.

Got a call today on 12/23/16 from somebody who identified herself at "Joanna". Said she was from 1st Bankcard at American Savings Bank. I called Visa directly to see if anybody had gotten our cc info and was making unauthorized charges. There weren't any, but Visa said to call my bank. This call sounds bogus, as we do not know a Joanna, and the ID was "1-888-89309519" on the Caller ID. She was asking for me or my husband and mispronounced our last name. I never called back, since banks do not do business over the phone. Although our cc is at the 1st Nat'l Bank of Omaha NE, our card is handled thru our local bank here and we call them when we have problems.

    scam THIS
SCAMMERS, DO NOT CALL THEM. Originally called me from 800-537-3302, I blocked that and now they call me from this #. Call for someone else from First Bankcard "regarding ---" using the name of a place where I really  used the card 2 mos ago. Do not call them back, or caller ID COULD give them your name, which they don't have! The fake name is cover for your name, and they are trying to get as much info as possible to steal ur identity. Just block them and let it go--Or let FBI know.
