Yes, they are a loan company.  I have a car loan with them. My payment is due on the 1st of the month and on the 2nd of the month they begin calling on a steady basis.  They are relentless.  They call up until late at night.  I don't answer them because every car loan company or any loan company should give you a grace period of at least 5 to 10 days before they start that calling every moment.  Even when you tell them when the payment is going to get to them, they still continue to call.  They are aggravating to say the least.  My car payment has been late 3 times in 3 years, but they don't take that into consideration.  they are absolutely horrible and their late fees are aatronommical

They keep calling my house and my cell. even on a Sunday! I made my payment 3 days ago! I even have a confirmation number.

and they call and call.........even when you talk to them and explain when you are going to pay,,,,,very annoying

Yep, these a**h** started calling my phone today, too.  It's my son's car loan through Wells Fargo.  I don't pay his bills, but have to listen to the stupid phone ring off the hook.  Gets too bad, I am just going to shut off the ringer and check the phone a coupla times a day.  I got better things to do with my life than listen to these idiots.

Been dealing with this jerks for years on my son's car loan...........best you can do is never ever use them again, hit them in the pocket book.

They are not a very advanced organization.  I made my payments on time, and the money has already been electronically deducted, and yet, they still call.

Sounds like a failure in Management, Business Process and that they just don't care.

I am extremely disappointed in them, and will not utilize their services in the future.

Here's what you do. If it's a cell phone, go to your voice recorder and record silence. Then assign it to those a**holes. It may take a few times to get all there numbers, (I have 4 saved). Now when they call I don't know about it unless it's sitting face up at me. Sorry land lines I have no remedy.

Wells Fargo auto loan. The first time they called we were behind on 1 payment.  My wife made the payment that day (payday!).  They keep calling.

I keep getting these annoying calls from this number on cell phone 2 or 6 a day then couple days go bye then one or two more....... for about two months know...if I call the number it says that I want to be a customer so I hang up... There should be Laws for people who call and have no identity as to who they are and can't call them back to tell them I do NOT want their business or products. Ties up phone you have to call back or del. or erase it

Why do they have more rights than people who use the phone line normally NOT for soliciting business

Wells Fargo jerks!!! They start calling at 8 am the day after the payment is due, even though my boyfriend talked to them and they have the date that it is to be taken out of the checking account. It's not my fault they are idiots. They also started calling my cell phone, threaten me. What the hell do I have anything to do with it. My name is nowhere on their papers, and how did they get my number. These people are ruthless, this one guy even called my mom, (my mom) and wanted her to pay. What the hell is that. And how did they get her number. He also called and always left naughty messages calling my boyfriend (a scared little boy) and hung up the phone. We saved all his cocky messages, not like it will do any good. It's funny these people can be all big over the phone, but I bet would never say these things to a customers face. Cowards that's what this guy is. And his name was Steven king. Yeah ok Steven king, what the author. What am I am idiot. No I'm not I don't work at wells Fargo!!!!!
