I just had the same experience. I had received several calls that said they wanted to talk about the "automatic withdrawal" and that it was an extremely important matter.  They then called me at work sevearl times, and when I called back, they didn't answer with a company name; instead, just answered "Hello" (and the man who answered sounded half asleep.

When I asked what they were calling about and told them never to call me at work, the man belligerently said, "What's your deal?"  I once again asked what he was calling about, and he asked, "Is there another number where we can call you?"  I told him no, and he again said, "What's your deal, man" (I am NOT a man).  I told him he could send me an email, and he said, "An email??? Really??? Well, apparently Robert needed to talk to you."

I tried one more time to ask what he was calling about, and he continued to say, "What's your deal? I'm trying to help you and this is what I get?"  I finally hung up.

I'm not sure who this is, and it really concerns me that they haven't even bothered to "pretend" to be a collection agency by answering the phone correctly.  Please beware.

Several phone calls have been "missed" from this number, over the past 2 weeks.  I finally called the number back and they verified "my" phone number but that they were looking for someone else.  They apologized, and said they would remove my number from their records.  Hopefully this ends the calls.

Jimmy Haskins calling because they say my mother listed me as a reference.  Then they said for her to call them back.  If I am listed as a reference for someone, wouldn't you want me to call you back?  Phone number rings in as 402-835-4281 left the 888-966-0615 number.

i also received a call from this number - stating they are Frontier Financial - and I owe money to a 3rd party - won't disclose any information.  When I told them I was reading several complaints on them and that they are scammers and unless she could send proof of the debt by u.s. mail to me - that i was reporting them.  She then hung up the phone.  They are also harassing me at work.

The caller is Frontier Financial Group.

They appear to have people who go on the internet and say good things about them like they are easy to work with. I would not be surprised if they even have people who claim to be sued by FFG just to build fear that this might actually happen.  So, I would be very skeptical of posts in this thread or on other forums.

Frontier Financial Group is a DBA or front name for what appears to be two small companies: Vegallo, LLC and then North American Asset Services LLC.

In 2009 the Attorney General of Neveda issued a Cease and Desist Unlicensed Activities Order to Vegallo, LLC dba Frontier Financial Group located at 129 Galleria Drive, Ste 170, Henderson, Nevada.  This is the same address as the Frontier Financial that is the subject of this thread. In the AG's C & D Order, they mention the company has 22 employees.

That organization appears to have recreated itself with a new company called North American Asset Services LLC dba Frontier Financial Group. North American Asset Services is at the same address as Vegallo and the office manager is the same as the one mentioned in the C&D order against Vegallo.

Frontier Financial Group looks like a small company that plays the intimidation card a lot.  Take pictures of your caller ID, record calls / messages and you will probably get  some FDCPA violations out of it.  You can find Law Firms that will sue them for you with no out-of-pocket costs to you via internet search.

Received a voicemail from "Ron" asking me to call this number to verify a withdrawal from my account.  Said he was with Frontier Financial and this was an effort to collect a debt.  Did not ask for me by name or indicate what debt.  I will be reporting them to the Texas Attorney General's office as well as the FCC.

Frontier Financial has already been in trouble with the state of Nevada and another state. Please report what they are doing to the FTC, BBB in Nevada, and the attorney general's office in Nevada and the stae in which you live. What they are doing is intrusive, harassing, and illegal. If enough people complain, they will be exposed again and stiffer legal action ultimately taken this time.

They called my phone looking for my husband saying the needed to authorize a withdraw fome his  account with them. I asked which bank he had the account with and they kept saying with them. Then I say that I know what account he has and that it is with me, he then says the I am not with my husband all the time, like he has a secret bank account. I find this hilarious since we only have one car so I am with him most of the time. Then he tells me that I need to have my husband call and I told him that when I call back he better make sure he is legit. I am going to have my husband call just so I can make these people know that we aren't as stupid as he wants us to think we are.

I have gotten several messages from someone named Ron from Frontier Financial Group. I called the number he left & a woman answered. She wanted to know my personal info.  I told her i don't know who you are or what you want. She gave me the name of the person they were trying to contact. It is not me. Should I report them to the FDCPA?

I've been getting calls from them for the past week, I always screen unknown numbers and call back if they leave a voicemail... they left a blank one, or an automated one with NO information. Found out they have been calling my Aunt/uncle, my grandparents, and an exboyfriend from 7 years ago. Claiming I owe a wells fargo bank account for $450, and an Ace Cash Express Loan for $450 from 2009. Never had a wells fargo account. (Had a student loan with them i took out in 2008 but consolidated the loan with a different company.) and I never took an ACE loan. Apparently they've been extremely rude with my family members, and are claiming that since they were my "references" they're legally liable as well. When I called the first few times, it rang and rang and no one ever picked up. Third time, someone answered and hung up on me. Fourth time, I finally got a human. He said he couldn't look up my information because he wasn't my caseworker, then said he would. Asked me to verify my name, which was my maiden name and wrong. Then asked me if my address was ..... wrong address, never lived there. then asked me to verify my email account, which I didn't. Then when he told me it was Ace and I told him I never had a loan, he said "Oh. well you should be concerned about this." and then hung up on me. now when I call back I get an automated message. No idea how they got my phone number, let alone my families phone numbers.

They called me and identified themselves as a collection's company named Frontier Financial Group. When I requested to be contacted by a formal letter that I can use as an evidence in court, the debt collector blew up in offences and threatening me with almost everything.
So far, they haven't provided me with any evidence that I own that money in conformance with the Consumer Credit Protection Act (CCPA) and I can't pay any money to the first person who calls my number on behalf of a debt that is more than 5 years old, especially when I have never receive any other letter or phone call about it.
My lawyer verified that Frontier Financial Group has an address in the State of Nevada but their business license is currently revoked, suspended or expired
The Better Business Bureau, has tons of complaints about abusive and unprofessional practices employed by Frontier Financial Group - Basically, a collection's company don't have the right to embarrassing or harassing  you, the Repo Show in TV is just a show because in the real world, it is called "SECURED PARTY RIGHT TO TAKE POSSESSION AFTER DEFAULT" (a) By a judicial process (b) Without judicial process, if it proceeds without breach of the peace.

Be careful who you pay too, you may end paying someone and still owing the money in the case you own the money

Basically, if a company doesn't have an address and refuse to mail you a letter, chances are that it is not a legitimate business
    * A letter involved on a crime, implies a Federal Offense
    * A Collection's letter can prove that a company is engaged in collections business

If you were a criminal, you will know that you should stay away from mailing anything illegal and spread evidences that you are conducting a business without the license

Phone, web and email, still not considered as a Federal offence even when the State line is crossed - I don't know why but in general, how many junk email you receive from Obama, Bush etc - Do you believe that Obama sent you an email? Typically - You won the Lotto - reply with your checking account number so you can wire transfer you the money - or We are pursuing with a legal suit against Country Wide Bank for discrimination, give me your information so you can be benefit from it

If you don't know my information, why do you call me? If you know all of my information and you state that I own you money, send me a letter with the copy of the contract containing my signature. Today, everything is electronic so if you don't have the contract, then you are fool of [***] because you can't prove that I own you anything

These people are crazy. Calling me at my job. Asking me to verify information on social security numbers and date of birth.  I have no clue who these people are. They claim there was a payday loan from National Payday. I have NEVER taken a payday loan, nor would I ever!  When I questioned them, they got very rude and nasty. First of all the information they provided me as far as someone's SS# is incorrect. When I would not verify anything, they disconnected the call.  This madness has to end....
These are not the only people who call on my phone. Apparently, even through filing complaints with phone company and FTC, there is nothing anyone can do to stop these calls.  So frustrating....
Names they gave me:  Starr and Tammy Smith
