i keep receving messages from this number charged at 6.00

I have not in any way responded or registered with the so called company at 89080 yet I am being charged £1.50 for a premium Text sometimes 4 in a row totalling £6 from 0008789080. This has been happening every month without my permission.

My son is getting texts from this 89080, he replies "STOP" but still they come :(  The phone providers will not do anything to help, there needs to be a change in the law to make them more accountable.

Phoned the number and the chap didnt know what compeneys he represented.  All he was intreted in getting was my personel info. Neadles to say he got nothing off me.

My son has been getting these too. Generally the same time every week. He has txt STOP to them. I HOPE that he doesn't get them any more.

I have had the same issues with my son.  I am going to assume your son has a smart phone?  If so, you need to accept the fact that he has been accessing a porn website.  Probably redtube.  Click on a video and you will instantly be charged 3 x £1.50.  So some serious words are needed.  I managed to find the customer care number for this site ran by mobjiz (you work that name out)      0330 660 1029.

got ripped off by this lot for over eight pounds this month how do i get it stopped  and by who

Bring your phone with you to a public library, and sign up to use one of their computers. Do not use your own to prevent malware from being downloaded. Do an Internet search for the domain name of the website the SMS was sent from. Click on the link to the website, and their Privacy page. Somewhere on that page there will be instructions on how to unsubscribe, either by texting or calling customer service. There will be a charge for both-customer service is more expensive, but can enable you to get a full refund. Tell them you were subscribed without your permission-they consider this a valid reason to return your money.

i'm interested to know how old are these kids who receive these txts? Coz my son is 14 and has only had his mobile phone number a matter of weeks, i only discovered as its a contract sim so i have access to the numbers he txts and calls. And i have discovered that these txts came in at about 11pm and he was charged £1.50 per txt. i thought it was him who was sending these txts but he says not. There are also txts to this number charged at 10p per txt.

I have been getting msg from this no. too I have not authorise this yet I wonder why and where have they got my no. how do I stop this? Can someone show me how to stop this as it is costing for no reason.

Sick of these people txting and being charged for it not even registered and my husband is going mad at me

I'm the same I've been charged £19.50, I don't know what the hell for. I've accessed no websites that I know of. How can I get my money back?
