A recorded operator saying they've contacted me a couple of times but unreachable. I have never receive any calls nor a missed calls from these organisation.

No greeting was given and where the call is made.

Message was unclear and doesn't make sense. I remember i was told something about SHN and to press the digit number "9".

I thought, by hanging on to the call, the message will b repeated but it lead me to an operator speaking in Mandarin.

When i pressed "9" a mandarin speaking person speaks answered but i don't understand. So the person just hang up.
