Well here is a new number. 518-620-4401- ext 147 and Captain James Brown should answer. I had a cash advance loan that during my divorce and stuff going on, forgot about it. Well, they just called back and tried to be nice and work things out after threatening me about court costs of up to 7000 dollars. Well I told them I contacted the FBI and State Attorneys office, Boy did they change their attitude. Hung right up!!. Thanks for all these posts, there's power in numbers and we have to watch each others backs against this!

I got a call from Officer Kevin Smith I wrote the number down off the voicemail and I can not get in touch with him he said identity fraud. He has a foregin like Iraq accent.

heres a new number 6463862294 daniel white called. my husband is a LT and he was on the line and too. lol. i first of all have never done a pay day loan, i applied but didnt do it! when i asked for his badge number, precint he stuttered and said are you saying you dont have a loan! lol. then said it must be a mistake! where do i repot this scam?

do not wish to identify myself but I have had this scam police investigator named Daniel White to call me for almost 2 years threatening me with a case against my name. He has the last four digits of my social security #......today about 20 minutes ago. I finally called him back, but before I returned his call I prayed and asked the Lord to give me detailed and specific informaiton about this person....I typed his name into Google was informed about several other individuals who have had the exact occurances to happen to them. well I asked him not to call me again....this is the call back number that he left this time 512-538-2540

This is the second number, the first was from new york, calling me regarding a legal action being taken against me. It is always a middle eastern sounding man with a name of Charles Green, the first it was Officer Shawn or something like that. This time howeverhe really tried to get me by reciting my address and last four of my social on my voicemail, which lets face it you can get anywhere. Please do not be scammed these "men" are trying to get account #s and full socials. I noticed also that they stopped calling my cell after i registered and reported the new york # to the ftc and now this call came to my work number which I just registered as well. If you recieve a call like this or from any company called the Criminal Bureau of Investigation please disregard!!

same thing is happening to me  a guy claiming is officer shawn black ,from the bci office , he's being calling my employer, is about to get me fire, the number he's being calling me from is 518-303-6180 , and all of the above is as  a result of a pay day loan i took online about 8 months ago, and eventhough they have all of my information , address, place of employment , they have never sent any letters or any other type of reminder, but instead they keep on threatening me that they are going against my name and my social, for what,, i do not understand , if someone could direct me as to how to deal with these people or whom to contact...will be most appreciated. to day is 9/26/11

THese people have been calling insessentally saying that there is some litigation that I am listed as the defendant.  I have no knowledge any suit nor have I been served with any court summons

I have just created a petition online under Obama's 'we the people' drive at petitions.whitehouse.gov/petitions which mandates that any petition with over 25,000 signatures be reviewed by the government.  Obviously the petition requests that the government take actions against these scams.  Please review and sign and inform as many sites such as this of the petition.
