    It’s so weird. So I was watching a video in YouTube about what number to dial to see if someone has been listening in to all my phone calls and one of the numbers I pressed was *#61# which tells you where your calls are being forwarded to and I found this 9015529905 number under the top where it says Setting Interrogation Succeeded Voice Call Forwarding When Unanswered. So I blocked it

    I too am having the same problem however I cannot remove the number from my forwarding settings even though its blocked

    Good grief!  Read the previous posts!  It's the number your carrier uses to transfer your calls to voicemail.  Dial it.  You'll get "Welcome to AT&T voicemail."
