    Answering the phone is usually the best way to find out but there seems to be a fear of doing so that has taken over.  Call back got, "...on behalf of TD Credit Card.  We were calling to let you know about an important option that is available to you.  Thank you."  I couldn't hear the first few words. If you have one of these CCs you may want to log onto your account and see if there is an "opt out" for marketing calls.

    It is legit. It’s TD ID assist where they monitor your ID and help you from being a victim of fraud. Just telling you it’s an option and if you want to take the add on to your credit card.
