this number has been calling 4-5 times a day without leaving any message  any idea who/ what?

Yep same. It leaves a blank voice-mail. It's been weeks of this. Despite blocking it, it shows up on my call log and can still leave voice-mail! It's so annoying!

I've called this number a few times and got loud music then a hangup.  Today, i finally reached a person.  Heavy Indian accented woman said, "Thank you for calling CBV collections, how may I help you."  I asked her to repeat as I didn't quite understand the "B" in CBV and she did so, then hung up.  According to their website they are a debt collection agency.  There's a note on their web page that says they are experiencing a system outage.  Perhaps that's why I couldn't get an answer after calling so many times. If you intend to contact them, it behooves you to use the number published on their website and to know your rights when dealing with a debt collector.  Read here about your rights:

C.B.V..collection agency bottom feeders who purchase uncollectable debt and then try to collect it from you.dont give them the time of day.most of the debt these bottom feeders are trying to collect has expired.there is a time limit for collecting debt in Canada and these bottom feeders know that but try to collect it anyway.

Robot caller - could not even block the call.  Even return call is useless, they constantly looking for John or Amber.
