Toronto - I answered as I have people in Nova Scotia (which is where the display said it was from). It was a recording offering me a free cruise if I answered a survey. I did not answer or hang up - it automatically hung up.

Called me a few mins ago.
Nobody talking. Ten seconds then the line dropped.

Got a call from that number to my cell phone, in Montreal. Saw it's from Nova Scotia. Didn't pick up, no message.
