Had this a few times no message and never answered. It has to be from overseas on my display it shows up as
+1 1902-708-8310

I have received more than 10 of these calls on my cell phone and they never leave a message.  Says it's from Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island.  I called it back and hit 9 to remove my number from their list.

Called me in the middle of the night.Didn't leave a message

The DNC and similar systems do work, but the major loophole is that calls coming in from overseas are not required, nor are a whole range of people are exceptions (charities, newspapers, people that you ahve done business with in the past, etc.)

This is undoubtably a robo-dialler that goes on to the next number if there isn't an immediate response.

Moaning to the DNC people and Bell/Rogers/etc. won't work since they are spoofing their phone numbers.

My suggestion is that you get a real person on the line and pull out your old trusty Fox whistle or the airhorn from the boat and give them a good long blast afater talking in a whisper to have them turn the volume up full blast.

Got a call from 902-708-8310 today on my cell in Montreal.  Unlike as what is described in many other posts here they left a voicemail message saying that they wanted me to participate in a short survey in exchange for a free cruise.  Thank heavens for my iphone I just blocked their number.

they have called my cell a few times and both times they left messages that said I had been chosen to take a survey and at the end of the survey I would be rewarded a free cruise they more than likely were fishing for phone numbers

Called around 1:00 pm, said it was a Nova Scotia number. I was about to answer and they hung up.

no message  just have called on different days  but i have never answered the call

I put this number on the reject list, but the calls keep coming. Damn you, Telus.
