They just called me and asked me To confirm my name then hung up.

Me too! Just asked to confirm my name and hung up.

Called to speak to my husband, said she needed information regarding our property. Told her it's not for sale and hung up. Called back their number. Rotocaller. Beware.

same thing happened to me, foriegn man asked me for my name and hung up, very creepy.

Woke me at 6:30 AM PDT.  The woman, speaking like an overworked native of USA, asked, "Is this [my name, using my unused first name and mispronouncing my last name]?"  "Speaking," I replied.  She hung up immediately.

I called back a few minutes later after researching the number.  Its greeting:  "You have reached an unmanned phone.  For more information, check your voice mail or call back on the original phone number" or something like that.

My guess is that someone is accumulating material for a file to sell.

06/13/19 - 9:50am - someone from 904-701-2285 called, .... stated her name & who she was with so fast (w/a pretty think accent), .... I didn't catch it, .... inquired if I was at such & such location, .... and inquired if there was any office space available to rent in the building.  I stated no, I believe that the building was full.  Why she's calling ME about this is your guess as good as mine.  She thanked me and hung up.  Yet another suspicious call to ad to the many that come in on a weekly basis.  Not today Satan, not today!

08/20/19 @11:48am - rec'd a call from 904-701-2285 - stated her name was Anna, and she was with some company (she said it so fast - twice - I could not make out what the name was).  Anna wanted to know if our building was fully occupied.  I stated it was.

I got a phone call by this number. Asked to speak to whoever handles our leasing. I asked who is calling. I was told he was calling for market research. I saw this and hung up. I called back on the number and I got a robo message stating I called an invalid number.
