I have never had a CC by these people and yet they keep calling day after day after day.

The number has called me twice today, when I answer it's a recording saying hold on for a rep. I have a rule against listening to a computer calling me over the phone and telling me to wait~~~I hang up

We're an artist's co-op with a business phone-line. We've never had any sort of credit card or credit line, but we get calls from this number regularly.

I have recieved 9 calls from this number in the last few days, and no voice mail.....  If I do answer and it is this scam I'll report them to the FCC, or to some agency.  This is crap.

I do not have an account that they could be calling me about.  They also call on my cell phone... a number which I have not provided to ANYONE but family and friends.  Mostly they call and don't leave a message, but occasionally I will get a recording.

Calls everyday including weekends. I do not have an account with this card company.

That is just not true. Cell phone numbers are recycled much faster than land lines. If they are directing the call at you, yes you should pay your debt. But if they are calling for someone else and you tell them it is not you and not to call anymore, then they are supposed to respect that.  PP are complaining about more than just "I owe $ and don't want to pay." Try not to over simplify by being unnecessarily simplistic.

Legitimate business companies always leave you a message because they really want to talk to you and are calling you for a specific and legitimate reason.

Caller ID # 904-954-3072 has the "perfect criminal profile" of a very lonely child molestor and predator who calls from home all day long every day hoping to find his victims at home by themselves - this is why they will not talk to or answer you if you are an adult - you are not their target.

Caller ID # 904-954-3072 is using bogus caller ID numbers and fake names and are most likely in a "CM" network that buys, sells, and trades in this information with their CM group throughout the USA.
