Any idea who this number is?

Woman with South Asian accent wanting to gather my thoughts about Covid-19? I asked if she's a market research centre and only info was the Region Health Care centre from Markham is calling. Then my idiot friend starting hammering and I missed the last sentence before she hung up.

A man with South East Asian accent represented himself as calling from the Regional Health agency collecting information for a survey on Covid-19. He asked a number of questions about what I was doing to combat Covid-19 and any health problems I was having. It gradually became evident that the purpose of the call was to provide information on medications and health supplements to improve immunity. My assessment is that he was a scammer peddling fake medicines to people worried about the Covid pandemic. Beware if you get a call from this phone number! It is not a legitimate researcher or health service--it is a scam marketing operation taking advantage of the current anxiety regarding the pandemic.

2 of my elderly patients and a colleague received a call from this number. They asked a lot of questions about their health issues and medications. Had them on the phone for quite a long time. Tried to start selling supplements.

second time this number called i answered. They addressed me by my first name saying they were from some kind of wellness center I really didn't pay good enough attention at the time. They asked how I was feeling, did i go out walking. if I didn't go out who did my grocery shopping when i said I self isolate. When they started to ask if I had underlying condition i told them that was personal information.that seem to make them to want to end the call. Why is it after you get off the phone you think of all the things you should have asked them. mainly how they knew my name, and what origination they were with.

Thanks to above information I did not answer this call.When I’m at work I see this number had called many times previously.

Received a call today from this number.  They didn't leave message - I didn't answer.

I also had this call . He was asking about how I spent my time keeping busy. Talked for a few minutes . He kept saying now going on and would ask more questions about my health. Finally I said this is long enough and hung up. Scam I believe.

These people have called my senior mother 3 times.  They identify themselves as (sounds like) Region Health, so she thinks they're legit.  They are NOT legit.  It's Regent Health or something.  They start asking how she is and what she does to keep herself busy.  I've intercepted them the first time and told them NOT to call, but they've phoned twice more since then.  They need to be shut down.  Preying on seniors!!!

Received a call today. Wasn't sure why someone from Ontario (phone number area code) would be doing surveys on people in BC. Thought they said "Region Health" but probably was "Regent". I almost asked why they were calling me from Ontario, but didn't. They said they were doing a survey on how people are coping, whether they are getting enough exercise. I told them that I am working so I couldn't answer a survey right now.

I do not answer numbers I do not know. No message left on my machine, so reading other comments from this # I believe it to be a scam

I got two calls today from this number. I did not answer and am glad I did not. The call is labeled as Niagara on the lake which is not where I am from. I find it strange so I did not answer. By reading this being called at 12.30 and at 5. pm the same day I feel it is a scam and will not answer this call.

I don't see what the problem is since you would not be answering calls from 905-367-7456.
