Calling saying it’s scotiabank

I received a call from this number and they asked for me by first and last name. It was a foreign voice so I immediately ended the call.

Didn't pick up, but Google Pixel phone alerted me it was likely fraud "originating from oshawa"

didnt pick up this time but the other day the same number called and they wanted to give me scotiabank credit card. lol.   scam

I did receive a call saying they are from Scotiabank optima. They talked about insurance. But when i searched on google i saw it is a scam and i hung up

Just said my name.  Definitely not scotiabank

I got a missed call from this number. No voicemail. Thank you to those who posted about this number. I have blacklisted them in case they try to call again.

They said they are calling from optimal communication and trying to sell me accidental insurance and even said they will give me $5000 doesn’t matter I opt out from their monthly premium plan.They started the monthly plan from $29 and after 10 mins ended up saying they will only charge $7 monthly🤣 SCAMMERS
