It's Just Energy. To all you dumb [***] who are complaining about them why not stop and think for a second... YOU ARE THE ONE TO BLAME FOR THE PHONE CALL!! They are only calling because you answered the door one day when they stopped by and you signed up with them.

I rent therefore I have never been approached by any energy companies coming to my door it is not MY fault it's my service provider for releasing my number, please get your facts straight before resorting to dehumanizing others intern making you the a**

905-461-2367 calls EVERY day and of course, never leaves a message.  #1 - if I don't know who's calling, I don't pick up the phone and #2 - there are shift workers here and these damn calls interrupt sleep!  STOP CALLING!!!!!

Got this call and was charged for a call to CANADA because I was trying to find out who kept calling me and hanging up!

I live in a highrise with over 100 apartments and not only do the tenants have no control over who supplies our power but no one is allowed to solicite in this building so NO ONE came to my door, nor did I sign up with anyone but I have recieved in excess of 40 calls from them in the past week, including 8 calls already today.

I answered the very first call they made to me and told them to take my name off their list because I live in a highrise and am not interested, and my power is included in my rent.

The only one who with the control to switch over to Ontario Energy Savings would be the owner of the building who resides in Toronto.

These guys are just harrassing people who don't want to have anything to do with them and violating many of the telemarketing laws including the number of times they are allowed to call in one day and refusing to remove names from their calling lists when requested.

They call all day and never leave a message.  It's harassment from a SCAM company.

DO NOT CALL this number.  I called back to complain and later found a 17.00 charge!  its a company called "Just Energy" out of Canada,  They try to sell you energy to save you money.  They are like sprint and att&t,  they buy up a bunch of cheap minutes or energy and resell it cheaper.  They are constantly calling me and hanging up when I answer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just Energy program claiming to give me gas for 39.95..hydro for 49.95 per month. told em once b4 not interested in gas. all ready got the hydro contract for years with Just Energy.

They are calling 3 or 4 times a day- everyday!

I want to know who it is and I want them to stop calling me

The problem is they can call without fear of prosecution BECAUSE they call from either COMPUTER GENERATED PHONE #'s or from OTHER  COUNTRIES...
Another PROBLEM is generated BY US, consider this, most of us have either filled out ballots to win so called " FREE " prizes OR placed our name on the " FREE " Canada DO NOT CALL LIST.
The PROBLEM IS NOTHING IS FREE.     FREE Contest prizes are paid for,  usually by the information given by YOU to THEM,  THEY then  " SELL "  YOUR INFORMATION to " PAY "  for the FREE PRIZE that you will very likely never win.
The Canada do not call list is TO YOU a free service that tells legitimate Canadian company's not to call  BUT THE SERVICE is paid for by selling your contact information.  
Another problem is CALL CENTERS OPERATORS GET PAID PER ANSWERED CALL EVEN IF YOU HANG UP OR YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE PICKS UP.  
SO HOW DO WE DEAL WITH THE CALLS.    PLEASE TELL US

They call me at least once day but I never answer.

someone keeps calling my number at the most inconvenient times, I don't know who this is, what or why they are calling. They have been harassing for weeks, and I would like to know how they managed to get my number.
