I got a call from a lady saying it was an environmental survey, started asking if we recycle, but then started asking if I'm the homeowner or rent and then if I work or am unemployed, I said that these are not environmental questions, she started to assure a reason, but she said it so fast, that I didn't really hear her because of the accent, when I wasn't answering the questions straight out, she hung up on me. I tried calling back to find out what the company actually was & I'm given an automatic message "We're sorry, due to telephone company facility trouble, your call can not be completed at this time, will you try your call again later". Do not answer the phone when you get a call from this number.

Call from a male with a heavy foreign accent doing an environmental survey, I couldn't understand his name or who the survey was for, he asked if we recycle, if we had pets and if I was the home owner. I questioned him on who was conducting the survey and he hung up. In the background there was a lot of noise and you could hear him inputting data on his keyboard as you would expect from a data centre. these people are just blood suckers and need to be shut down.

If a company is doing a survey they should try hiring someone you can understand.
Couldn't understand one word along with all the other background moise in the call center.
