    Just called me by my first name (which is not a common name).   When I acknowledged it, they just said hmmm and hung up.

    Call back got, "Hello, you have reached the Border (?) Outreach and Funding Office for the Conservative Party of Canada."  It then went on to define it's mission and some history.  Next the message was repeated in French. Next it gave you the option of pressing "2" to learn how to donate.
