called 4 times now and leaves no message when I call back it just says ontario.I have no idea who this is!!!

Twice calling a day

For the past week, I have received 4-5 calls every day from this number. When I answer it is a garbled, non-sensical bot. WTF? I am on the do not call registry, or so I thought.

multiple calls but never a message. a real pain!!

They call me frequently and when I pick up there is NEVER anyone on the other end. I called back today, was sent to voicemail, and was told to leave a message for "Ontario."  Oh really? Leave a message for the whole province???

Received call and let it go to voicemail with no message being left !

Received call and went to voicemail with no message being left. I called back numerous times and left a multitude of obnoxious voicemails ending with take me off their calling list "Ontario"

I was charged for this call on August 1/13 at 17:14 pm

This firm called me several times yesterday and today I answered it.  It was "Mary" from Ontario Eco Energy.  She also gave me their toll free number of 10888-790-0719 (didn't call it).  She said she got my name and was calling (with authorization) from Enbridge/Union Gas.  I called Enbridge and spent 30 minutes on the phone with them.  Under no circumstances are they associated.  File a complaint on the do not call list to get this company to stop or at least be fined.  I worry for the seniors in the area who could get taken advantage of and end up allowing con artists in their home.

I've been receiving many many calls from this number in the past 3-4 days. When picked up either its fax machine or dead air!! When called back it says 'Ontario' and asks to leave a voicemail!!!

Who is trying to kill you? These calls are an indicator that you may be the victim of organized harassment. The goal of this harassment is your death and it is perfectly legal in Canada.

Criminal Code of Canada

228. Killing by influence on the mind

228. No person commits culpable homicide where he causes the death of a human being
(a) by any influence on the mind alone, or
(b) by any disorder or disease resulting from influence on the mind alone,
but this section does not apply where a person causes the death of a child or sick person by wilfully frightening him.

How do you commit homicide by influence on the mind? From my experiences and from what I have read, homicide by influence on the mind is committed using Mobbing and Gangstalking techniques.

This list does not include the many calls for which I cannot trace their number and the many return calls from the same numbers.

Caller was clearly part of an auto-dialer boiler shop. Caller claimed to be an official providing information about ecoEnergy Grants. Claimed NOT to be a sales call, then requested personal information. THIS IS A SCAM. The Ontario ecoEnergy Grants were closed on Mar 31, 2012 and the Federal version closed on Jan 29, 2012.

Well they made it to my area.  I picked up today as I work from home and can't tell whether its telemarketing or a ligit long dist. call.  She goes through her shpeal in broken English requesting that I confirm that she's speaking with a home owner?  So I asked who I was speaking with, she repeats her last blurb of words "I am speaking with the home owner, is that correct"  My response who are you by the way?  To that she says are you deaf and hangs up :)

Been receiving a call from this number quite often and there is no response when I answer the phone.
Who the hell is calling from this number???

Multple harrassing phone calls daily!!!!!!
How would any like this done to them at home????

The company responsible for these employees earns a nasty reputation and I wouldn't go near this incompetent customer service.
Enough is enough!

Thought this would help. Perhaps if enough people call them and  send them emails something may change.

I just got a call from these telemarketers...I am on the DNC list as well...I called the toll free number listed above instead of the 905 number that called me, and after listening to everything and wanting to make my complaint to an actual live person, I was transferred to the voicemail of "Ontario", same voice mail you get when calling the 905 number...of course didnt leave a messsge....so I will now file a complaint with the CRTC, but really doubt they do anything except sell the DNC lists.

Two calls in same day (10am, 4pm). Both times there was no one on the line when I answered. I would guess that the telmarketer's auto-dial is too far ahead of their people.

Just got this call.  Representing Ontario Eco Energy.  They get around the no call list by saying it's a "free" energy assessment.  But will give recommendations and bargains to achieve a better assessment...duct cleaning, cheap energy supplying contracts, new windows, roofing...etc.  A veiled telemarketer...also India accents and the background noise shows a very busy call center.  The computer switching is from 905 area but the actual calls originate from off-shore.

Panasonic has a block number built in the phone. Works great worth every cent. When they call rings once they hear a fax number tone hurts the ears too bad lol.
