These guys "sold" the file to a "new company", and are calling under a new phone number but their automated voicemail message, reference number and the toll free number they want me to call are all identical.

It helps to document everytime you receive one of these calls from these low slimy buggers. When they change tactics, it makes it so much easier to confirm who it is trying to pull this crap.

These people call me three times in a row in the morning. Has been happening for two days in a row now and it's extremely annoying, especially on my cell phone.

I called it said D and A Services but not when you call back,they don't identify them selves at first, It went right into saying there having a high volume of customers please stay on the line.  I pressed 1 and got their answering machine thats where they identified themselves at D n A services, which is a debt collector, for scotia bank as an example.
