I just did what you did called it back, got same message!

I received the very same message -- how can someone make calls from a non-working number?  This is extremely annoying.

So Cal Gas called to inform me that to receive a discount through the CARE program,  a renewal
application was in the mail.

Receiving calls from this number 909 305 845 once or twice a day, they ask to if name is on account and then wants me to say or punch in my address I push the pound key 4 or 5 times hoping that the call will transfer
to a real human being , instead the phone disconnects by doing this . I dial the number and it says I have reached an non-working  Edison number.   :/

Called it back to verify if it was gas co but it said that it was a non working gas co number
