I just received a call from this number about making claims for a class action lawsuit against the makers of Yaz birth control. how the hell did they get my number? so annoying.

Called my prepaid cell a few minutes ago, thank goodness I do not answer calls I do not recognize the number and there was no room for them to leave a message lol.

Called Jan 20 @ 5:07pm. Didn't leave a message. I am now forwarding calls from this number to a Charter Communications telemarketer.

Law suit about yaz ect...

Automated message came on when I answered saying something about a class action lawsuit involving Yaz and cancer.  There was no option to get de-listed, so I pressed '1' to be connected.  Someone named 'Trencher'? answered saying he was with the 'Legal Resource Center'.  Hung up when I asked to be removed from their list.  I tried to call them back with my own number blocked, but get fast busy signals.

Call and hang up.  Why?

Missed the call and they didn't leave a message. After reading this I glad I missed it.

I got the same call.  Don't know if it helped but I reported it to do not call registry.

Apparently this is a telemarketer seeking plaintiffs for various medical or pharm class action suits. Guess who are the only people who will get any money out of these suits.

Called me at 909 502-2350. I didn't answer. They left no message, I found this site and will not call back.

calling my private cell phone and leaves no message I do not know who these people are. I usually do not answer my phone if I am not familiar with phone number. They also had my unlisted home phone as well. would call at least 7 times a day. So irritating.

Called wanting to get me in on some lawsuit against Yaz, robocall left voicemail.  Congrats, now blocked forever from my number.

Anyone else use Zedge or Viggle and got this same call from 909-502-2350?

Didn't pick up (never do if I don't know who they are. Figure, if it's important, they know to leave a MESSAGE! If they can't be bothered to leave a message, I cannot be bothered to call them back.)

Wondering if one of those apps on my phone is how they found me. DH also got a scam phishing call yesterday on his cell and he doesn't have these apps.

The reason why so many of you get busy signals or no one there when you answer is because people like this have auto dialers that dial 10-30 #s at once...they take the first one that answers, hang up on the rest and try them again later. If you got a busy or no one there, you were not the first to answer.

I just got a call from this number. I stopped using my house phone because of these types of calls and now it's starting on my cell phone.

This number is calling my cell phone.  I have a trace phone and every call cost me 30 seconds of my purchased phone minutes.

I got call from this number earlier and didn't answer, because it wasn't local to anywhere I have family.  It's definitely not a legit call, I've been on the DNC list for years.

2nd call from this #, this time they left a msg.  Already contacted DNC Registry.
