Got a call from a "Kevin Fernandez" (mixing people I know) and I was being sued by Getty Wilson (the attorney) they wouldn't tell my husband for what.  I needed to call 909 575-1003  It was a very very heavy Indian accented man.

A man with a heavy Indian accent called me and wanted to know if I received the documents from the US Treasury and do I have a good attorney.  I asked who he was.  He said his name was Gary Wilson.  He said if I didn't have an attorney ey would send someone to our home tonight.   He said my address but didn't pronounce my name correctly during the conversation.  I hing up and called the # back.  It was identified as VOIP Caller.  The person who answered also had a heavy Indain accent,   I told him not to call me.   He said he was with the US Treasury.   I asked him what country he was calling from?   He said the same country as was calling from.   I told him not to call our phone# again.

I got 2 messages from someone who's accent was so heavy I thought they must have been VERY drunk, couldnt even understand the number, had to get it off of my caller ID, called back and got a person saying they were with the United States treasury department, to make a long story short i knew it was BS IMMEDIATLY and after asking him a few questions like how much is the debt, etc. I told him i was reporting his scam to the FBI. Not sure if its the FTC FCC FBI DHS etc. But im finding out and making the calls tomorrow, the only way these guys arent going to prison is if they are in india and spoofing the number, they will probably make it onto the next worlds stupidest criminals LOL.
